Yazzie is a bubbly 1-year-old with a very friendly and joyful personality. Yazzie came to us as a tiny, very poorly 4-month-old who was in acute heart failure. She has since developed so much and is able to walk and talks non-stop. Her heart failure is being managed well and she loves playing with her Butterfly friends every day and learning about the world around her.
