Detailed description of goods and/or services

"The Little Charity Shop" is a charity shop designed to raise money exclusively for Butterfly Palliative Home, we sell previously owned clothing and accessories, some products might be new and will be indicated on the website as new, should it not state that the product is new, it will be previously owned.  All products include VAT and are subject to change without notice.  All sizes stated on the website is what we have available, we do not carry stock of different sizes unless it is stated as such on the website.

Delivery and Pick Up policy

Subject to receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 two working days and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail and/or SMS. Deliveries take place via PAXI from PEP and will be delivered to the store you requested.  All deliveries can be traced on www.paxi.co.za

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients. Orders from other countries will be handled on a per case basis as the delivery options may be restrictive and/or expensive.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Butterfly Palliative Home is subject to availability and we may at any point remove products or alter specifications. In cases of unavailability, Butterfly Palliative Home will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee. Refunds will only be considered if there is a problem with the quality of the products. Problems must be reported within 24 hours per info@butterflyhome.org.za .

Customer Privacy policy

Butterfly Palliative Home shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via EFT.

Responsibility

Butterfly Palliative Home takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Butterfly Palliative Home chooses Mosvold Hospital, Main Road, Ingwavuma, Northern KZN, South Africa as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Butterfly Palliative Home may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
